Keep identifying retirement information in your own protected files. The worksheets are designed for broad labels and organization checks.
Worksheet information stays in the browser
The organizer does not provide a document upload, account connection or server submission endpoint for worksheet information. Use generic labels such as “Employer A” and “Document set B.” Do not enter account or contract numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, verification codes, balances or statement contents.
Unsaved worksheet edits stay in the current page's memory. Selecting “Save in this tab” explicitly stores an allowlisted worksheet in session storage for that browser tab. Saved progress can restore when the same tool is reopened or refreshed in that tab. “Clear worksheet” removes that tool's saved entry and clears its current working state. No worksheet information is written to cookies or local storage. Browser session restoration may retain session storage; do not rely on closing the browser to erase a saved worksheet. Printing makes a separate copy under your browser and printer settings.
A browser-local worksheet is not a secure document vault. Other people with access to your screen or device may see what you type or print. Follow the offline organization guide when arranging original files.
Editorial email is a separate choice
The contact form prepares a draft locally. It does not send the form to us. If you open and send the draft through your email application, your email provider and the recipient's provider handle the message. The message can contain your sender name, email address and the editorial text you choose to send.
Correspondence should contain general content questions or corrections only. Do not email statements or other sensitive records. For a question about an editorial message you have already sent, write to [email protected] without adding account information.
Site delivery and external links
Site pages, scripts and images are served as local project files. No analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts or embedded account services are included. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and requested URL, when delivering the site. A worksheet is not transmitted with that request.
Public source links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices. They are not account connections. This policy describes this site's implementation and does not control a visitor's browser extensions, email application, printer or hosting provider.
Changes and questions
If site behavior changes, the published policy should be reviewed with it. For an issue about this policy, use the editorial email above. The Cookie and Browser Storage Policy explains the current storage choices.
